About the position

We're seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing innovation for our flagship analysis software. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and refining our core product to meet and exceed the expectations of a global customer base. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of product management with a passion for data analytics, strong market insight, and experience in leading high-impact products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling vision for our flagship analysis software, aligning it with company goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Engage with customers, analyze usage patterns, and stay attuned to market demands to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge of analytics.
  • Develop a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that maximize value for users and address critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX design, marketing, and sales teams to bring features from concept to launch.
  • Translate business objectives and customer feedback into clearly defined requirements and user stories. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with product vision.
  • Set performance metrics, analyze product usage, and lead data-driven enhancements to maintain and improve product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge and adapt to emerging trends.

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Physical Sciences, Material Science, Electrical Eng., Chemical Eng. or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product management / Development / Applications semiconductor metrology / inspection experience, ideally with flagship or core metrology / inspection analysis software products.
  • Familiarity with physics-based analysis, machine learning, or advanced analytics software is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, ideally within an Agile or Scrum framework.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, and present product vision and progress to stakeholders.
