About the position

As a key member of the sales team, you will perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your team’s overall performance against quotas. You will create sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business. Working closely with the National Director of Sales and Events and our Corporate Marketing Team, you will provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the sales team while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. You will establish performance goals for the sales team and monitor performance on a continual basis. Furthermore, you will develop, or participate with Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan, and demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. Interacting with guests, especially at events, to check on the quality of their experience will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred, but relevant work history will be considered.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of local area business and existing client database.
  • Friendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well with people.
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and Delphi or similar sales software.
