About the position

Corpay is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing for its North American Trucking division, focusing on demand generation, customer retention, and product marketing. This hybrid role, based in Atlanta, GA or Brentwood, TN, involves leading marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads and optimize the acquisition funnel while collaborating across various business units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy aligned with Corpay's growth objectives.
  • Own the marketing pipeline and ensure the team meets lead generation targets.
  • Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product positioning and messaging.
  • Equip sales teams with resources to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Leverage analytics to define and track KPIs, optimizing campaign ROI and lead velocity.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of campaign managers, guiding them on best practices.
  • Partner with various teams to align on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in demand generation, product, and customer marketing.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis and create accurate forecasts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with organizational stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics.
