Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-10 years in a management role; must be comfortable managing a team of 20+ employees.
  • Must love managing and leading a team of passionate and dedicated media professionals across digital areas.
  • Understanding of client/agency finance process; client billing and employee hours/pacing against business scope.
  • 7+ years digital buying experience.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketplace with regard to rates, digital buying models, negotiation, programmatic, content development, content syndication, and contract execution.
  • Knowledge in Comscore, DFA, Adviews, eMarketer is non-negotiable.
  • Proficient in media terminology, media math, and reach and frequency calculations.
