The incumbent will also be responsible for gaining buy-in from stakeholders and helping them navigate challenges to achieve excellence. This position is part of the Pfizer Digital Enterprise Architecture organization, which is tasked with creating a cohesive enterprise architecture and master plan that integrates experiences, data, workflows, capabilities, applications, and backend services. Key responsibilities include delivering enterprise architecture services, creating detailed blueprints, conducting technology assessments, and developing strategic foresight services. The Director will advocate for the reuse of solutions and architectural patterns across the enterprise, influencing stakeholders to align with the enterprise architecture strategy. The role requires a proactive approach to drive initiatives that challenge the status quo, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business drivers and capabilities.
