About the position

The Director of QuickBooks Global Brand Marketing at Intuit will lead the brand development and communications for the QuickBooks brand on a global scale. This role is pivotal in setting the strategy and creating experiences that resonate with customers, employees, and communities, ensuring that every small business has the opportunity to thrive. The position involves collaboration across various teams and agencies to drive impactful marketing campaigns that align with Intuit's mission and brand promise.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy, development, and implementation of brand positioning, architecture, taxonomy, and visual identity.
  • Development and execution of full funnel brand communications campaigns and activations.
  • Collaboration with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Management of the agency relationship and interagency team for optimal results.
  • Building brand capability across markets and customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Development of annual revenue growth plans in partnership with markets.
  • Budget management, including goal-setting and measurement of brand initiatives.
  • Advocacy for resources and capabilities needed to establish a world-class brand organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully driving brand repositioning with measurable business impact.
  • Experience in creating high-impact, culturally relevant creative campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact campaigns on time, in full, on brief, and within budget.
  • Experience in growing brand investment over time based on business results.
  • Knowledge of brand architecture and visual identity systems.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and integrating full funnel campaigns cross-functionally.
  • Experience in a portfolio brand or branded house environment, especially during transformations.
