About the position

The Research Development Director position at UT Southwestern Medical School is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the institution's capacity to secure large, program-project style grant applications from federal and national funding sources. The role requires a proactive approach to advising faculty on suitable funding opportunities that leverage existing strengths and expertise. Additionally, the director will actively participate in institutional committees and working groups, reporting on the activities of the Office of Research Development to senior leadership.
