We are on a path of rapid growth, aiming to achieve 100% year-over-year growth over the next three years, and we're looking for a driven and visionary Director of Sales to help us get there. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales execution, building and scaling a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in leading sales efforts, particularly in a SaaS environment. You will be a key leader within our go-to-market team, helping to shape the trajectory of our business and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets. This is a remote-friendly role with the option to work from our Chicago or San Francisco offices. We support flexible work while valuing the collaboration and speed that come from working together in person.
