We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Group Manager SRE to join our Technology team. This role is located in [Jersey City, NJ] - [ONSITE/HYBRID (3-4 days a week)]. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Provide subject matter expertise to solve complex issues by managing a team of DevOps engineers and supporting recruitment efforts * Deliver and maintain live services by creating dashboards to monitor the health of the systems * Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex technical issues * Proactively manage a team of DevOps engineers and direct recruitment efforts * Motivate lower-level managers to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth * Understand the organization's technical ecosystem to recognize systemic interrelationships while performing gap identification * Demonstrate fluency in emerging DevOps-centric automation tools and technologies * Deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of organization's services * Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring latency and overall system health * Leverage KPIs to understand service performance and identify corrective action * Create, manage, and use dashboards for continuous monitoring and health check of applications and infrastructure * Improve the quality of services using monitoring feedback * Contribute to future improvement of software delivery processes and operations
