About the position

The Director - Strategic Finance at Broadridge is a senior-level role focused on driving financial insight and strategy within the organization. This position involves collaborating with senior finance and business leaders to optimize business performance, guide capital deployment, and advance analytical capabilities. The role is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work, and is critical for leading financial projects that inform strategic decision-making and drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact ad hoc financial projects and analyses, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges through data-driven financial analyses and scenario planning.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated financial models and data visualization tools to support strategic initiatives and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial assessments.
  • Drive the adoption of next-generation analytics technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to elevate the organization's strategic financial capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and support the development of tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of structuring deals
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environments, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in TM1, Oracle, and PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus.
