About the position

The Director of Transformation Management Office, Finance at Solventum is responsible for shaping and driving the separation of Solventum from 3M while developing a world-class Finance function. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to prioritize transformation initiatives, implementing financial strategies, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes. The Director will foster a culture of innovation, collaborate with stakeholders, and report on the progress of the separation plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize key transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support transformation initiatives.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key business process stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and resource planning.
• Monitor the progress of the overall separation plan and report on established business and financial objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational and financial risks while securing stakeholder alignment.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders to identify best practices and prepare Solventum for long-term success.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 10 years of combined experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Five years of experience in financial modeling for international organizations.
• Five years of finance experience within a healthcare or manufacturing industry.
• Five years of leadership experience managing senior level teams.
