• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and sink.

• Clean, sanitize, and store all items properly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene according to Tumbleweed guidelines.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform all side work as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
