About the position
We are hiring a Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness of all dishware and maintain safety in the kitchen. This part-time role involves operating washing equipment, cleaning service ware, cookware, and utensils, and assisting with special cleaning projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware.
- Wash by hand and operate washing equipment to clean service ware, cookware, and utensils.
- Polish stainless and silverware.
- Maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly.
- Keep all kitchen equipment, oven vents, and surfaces clean.
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins that are over ¾ full.
- Keep the wash area organized.
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects.
Requirements
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
