Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware.
- Wash service ware, cookware, and utensils by hand and using washing equipment.
- Polish stainless and silver ware.
- Maintain safety in the kitchen by promptly clearing spills.
- Keep all kitchen equipment, oven vents, and surfaces thoroughly clean.
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins that are over ¾ full.
- Keep the wash area organized.
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects.
Requirements
