Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware.
• Sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Handle glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage.
• Empty trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans.
• Assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas, including floors, walls, and drains.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas and stocking supplies.
• Clean and maintain all mats.
• Support other team members as needed.
