Responsibilities

  • Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
  • Plan and route technicians to service calls based on availability and skill sets.
  • Respond promptly to service technicians' requests via messaging and telephone.
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments.
  • Represent the company professionally in all business matters.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their jobs.
  • Track, update, and schedule projects.
  • Process payments and keep accurate records.
  • Book sold jobs and communicate availability to customers.
  • Prepare technicians for success and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services.
  • Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing urgent calls.
  • Relay accurate information to technicians for quality customer experiences.
  • Record results of each service call and ensure accurate report summaries for management.
  • Establish customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
  • Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick dispatch of orders.
  • Update customers on the technician's progress throughout the day.
