This position is accountable for directing and administering Banking Center Managers and their teams to achieve branch and district profit, growth, and customer service objectives through the sale of retail and business deposits, consumer and small business loans and fee based services including but not limited to: treasury management, merchant services, wealth management and single family mortgage loans. As a Best Banker at Midland States Bank, this position plays a critical role in developing and maintaining the staff's effectiveness to present the best solutions to customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
