About the position

The District Sales Manager (DSM) at Red Bull is responsible for leading a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure effective in-store execution for a designated group of essential customers. This role focuses on driving sales volume, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaching team members to enhance their performance and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee these monthly Indicators, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain regular communications with retail partners and decision makers to implement national and local programming.
  • Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate the performance of the Account Managers and the executional conditions of the market.
  • Teach Account Managers selling skills through established processes, including role plays and understanding different buying personalities.
  • Conduct regular Account Manager meetings and workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
