Responsibilities

  • Set an example for the team by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Create employee schedules and manage product ordering.
  • Train team members and oversee the hiring process.
  • Achieve profit share bonuses by controlling costs within set goals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
  • Availability for all shifts, including opening and closing the restaurant.
