Responsibilities
- Provide complimentary guest services, including transportation and luggage pick-up and delivery.
- Accurately tag, track, and monitor guest items in storage areas.
- Safely drive and park guests' luxury vehicles.
- Deliver guest supplies to their rooms.
- Assist in snow removal on vehicles as needed.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks.
Requirements
- One to two years of related experience in a similar role.
- Valid MA State Driver's License with a clean driving record to meet Group A Driving Requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of local area for transportation purposes.
