About the position
Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is seeking a Full Time Driver to join our dynamic team at Kahului Airport. This position is crucial for ensuring that our fleet of vehicles is delivered safely and efficiently to various locations, while also providing excellent customer service. The Driver will be responsible for transporting fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as occasionally delivering customers, employees, or vendors to their destinations. The role requires adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies, ensuring that all vehicles are handled with care and professionalism. In this role, the Driver will be expected to navigate written directions, organize travel routes, and ensure that all vehicle paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner. The position also involves communicating effectively with team members, which may include using a 2-way radio or cellular phone. Additionally, the Driver may be required to clean vehicles and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. This includes transporting vehicles through the car wash and maintaining the cleanliness of the fleet. The Driver will also be responsible for power washing the exteriors of vehicles and scrubbing tires as needed. This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability. The starting pay for this role is $16.50 per hour, and it is located at 101 Airport Access Road, Kahului, HI 96732. Responsibilities
- Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations.
- Navigate written directions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
- Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
- Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
- Clean vehicles as required.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Transport vehicles through the car wash and maintain cleanliness of the fleet.
- Powerwash exterior of vehicles and scrub tires with a brush.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
