The Drywall Foreman position is a leadership role within a well-established, family-oriented commercial framing and drywall company located in Southern New Hampshire. The foreman will oversee drywall installation projects in Southern NH and Northern MA, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication and delegation skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise drywall installation projects in Southern NH and Northern MA.
• Communicate effectively with team members and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and production standards.
• Order materials as needed for projects.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
• Demonstrate dependability and accountability in all tasks.
• Work independently on-site without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of construction framing and drywall hanging techniques.
• Experience with layout and material ordering.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and production guidelines.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
