About the position

The Dual General Manager is the primary strategic business leader for the 106-room TownePlace & Fairfield Inn & Suites in Forrest City, AR. This role encompasses all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and revenue generation. The General Manager is responsible for implementing brand service strategies, guiding the leadership team, and fostering community relationships to enhance business results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest and employee satisfaction.
• Implement brand service strategy and initiatives to meet guest expectations and increase profitability.
• Hold the property leadership team accountable for executing strategies.
• Guide the professional development of the property leadership team and all team members.
• Leverage sales engines to maximize revenue.
• Build owner loyalty through proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Engage with the local community to establish strong relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
• Hotel opening experience.
• Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield.
• Impeccable results in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
• Ability to develop leaders and foster team development.
• Excellent grammar and communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with multi-hotel, multi-brand management.
• Experience in select/extended stay Marriott properties.
