About The Position
The Manager, E-Business is responsible for growing the North American digital sales and customer base on Hilti's website by improving both customer experience and channel performance. This role involves managing the online experience for both external and internal customers and maximizing the impact and effectiveness of digital channels through content generation, localization, and optimization. Additionally, the position requires strategizing and facilitating global and local marketing campaigns within the digital environment, as well as ongoing eBusiness strategy development supported by customer insights.
