You will ensure that product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility (SEO). Additionally, you will monitor and report on e-commerce sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth. You will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and content strategies to drive online sales, while also supporting cross-sell and upsell initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue. Your responsibilities will include tracking advertising and marketing campaign effectiveness across digital platforms, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, and monitoring customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Conducting market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
