About The Position

We are seeking multiple Instructional Design consultants to develop eLearning curriculum for new hires in a Contact Center for our client. This role focuses on converting instructor-led training into engaging digital learning using Rise (Articulate 360). We are looking for candidates that can handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality course development. This is a long-term project with some work onsite.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rise (Articulate 360) and SCORM packaging is required.
• Experience in eLearning course development and instructional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning curriculum for new hires in a Contact Center.
• Convert instructor-led training into engaging digital learning using Rise (Articulate 360).
• Handle multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality course development.
• Collaborate with instructors and designers to develop a curriculum for new hires in customer service.
• Design SCORM-compliant courses and reference materials to reinforce training.
• Conduct research with SMEs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content.
