About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. As a Designer, you will assist in various design projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed mechanical designs and drafts using CAD software.
  • Develop 2D animations and visual presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Utilize Revit for building information modeling (BIM) tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in designs.
  • Assist in creating schematics and layouts for various projects.
  • Employ Bluebeam for document management and collaboration on design documents.
  • Work with 3ds Max for rendering high-quality visuals of design concepts.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and provide input on design strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of design files and documentation.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
  • Open to an entry level engineer with some design experience.
  • 2 Years technical degree would be great as well.
  • Communicating with other team members during the 3D model and plan production.
  • Ensure CAD standards and styles, quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed during drawing, planning and production.
  • Work to meet project schedules.
