About the position

The Education Service Advisor at gTANGIBLE Corporation is responsible for providing educational support services to the US Army Reserve's 88th Regional Support Command in Wichita, Kansas. This role promotes lifelong learning opportunities for Soldiers and their families through various educational programs and assistance, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and deliverables. The advisor will also provide guidance on educational goals, manage client cases, and deliver presentations and reports related to educational services.

Responsibilities

• Perform Army Educational Support Services at the US Army Reserve's 88th Regional Support Command (RSC) South in Wichita, Kansas.
• Promote lifelong learning opportunities through degree programs using tuition assistance (TA), testing opportunities, credentialing assistance (CA), and GI Bill Programs.
• Accurately complete tasks and submit required deliverables to the Government by specified due dates.
• Develop and submit logically organized and grammatically correct data, forms, reports, and other documents.
• Provide general educational assistance and guidance to Soldiers, transitioning personnel, family members, and Department of the Army civilians.
• Manage client cases and account management, including reviewing and resolving Help Desk cases.
• Prepare and deliver client/unit briefings and general education information reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in advising or education services, or an Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Knowledge and experience using Army approved education services portals such as ArmyIgnitED 2.0 is highly desired.
• Experience providing quality customer service to military personnel, families, and Government employees.

• Knowledge of Army educational programs and services.
• Experience in case management or client support roles.
