The Special Projects Project Management Office (PMO) oversees the development and execution of safety and operational projects assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manages any other emerging projects assigned by the Executive Officer Team. The PMO is led by the COO’s Chief of Staff. There are two teams in the PMO: Operations Business Execution Team and Operations Business Strategy Team. The Operations Business Execution Team drives operational excellence through strategic planning, process improvement, and performance tracking. The Operations Business Strategy Team oversees business planning, budgeting, compliance, and special projects. The Electric Program Manager, Expert will report to either the Manager, Operations Business Execution or Director, Operations Business Strategy. This position manages a company program with an assigned financial budget, providing oversight, governance, communication, training, and reporting.
