About the position

As an Electrical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a crucial role in initiating, designing, developing, optimizing, and problem-solving manufacturing and supporting processes. Responsibilities

  • Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, policies, and guidelines.
  • Initiate, design, develop, and optimize asset changes and supporting processes to achieve platform objectives.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to be recognized as an implementer of engineering principles and/or scientific analysis.
  • Maintain security and documentation to ensure the retrieval of data and protection of proprietary information.
  • Seek, recognize, define, and solve problems/opportunities to achieve platform objectives.
  • Provide electrical engineering support to resolve process and equipment problems.
  • Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates, and others who need to know, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
  • Assist in the development of others in the area of expertise, demonstrating understanding of diverse backgrounds.
  • Improve equipment capability to reduce defects and variability and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to an environment where all team members are respected and motivated to improve contributions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's (or MS) in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering degree is required.
  • Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.
  • Evidence of continuing self-development.
  • Ability to work within a team-based environment.
  • Applicants must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant industrial co-op/intern experience is highly desirable.
  • Graduates available from December 2024 - May 2025.
