About the position

The Electronic Services Department is seeking a part-time Customer Support Center Specialist to provide assistance and support to customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing communications, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via telephone and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic services.

Requirements

  • Experience in word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of Bankrite/Touch systems is helpful.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Strong stress management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
