About The Position

The Electronics Tech position involves the repair, maintenance, installation, design, ordering, logistics, administration, and documentation of low voltage devices and large complex systems operations in a healthcare setting. The technician ensures compliance with healthcare standards and various regulatory bodies, while also managing vendor and contractor activities.

Requirements

• 2 year/Associate Degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in electronic systems and healthcare standards.
• PA Drivers License.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain low voltage devices and complex systems operations.
• Install and design electronic systems in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Order and manage logistics for electronic components and systems.
• Document all maintenance and installation activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), Joint Commission, NFPA, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot issues to the circuit board level in a dynamic work environment.
• Manage and observe the work of vendors and contractors.
