Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration preferred.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures is a plus.
