Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to team teach, collaboratively plan, and teach students the attributes of being a global citizen.
• Incorporate investigative problem solving and collaborative research into lessons.
• Use learning targets for guiding and assessing students.
• Demonstrate the ability to use differentiated instruction to address the strengths and needs of diverse learners.

Requirements

• Possession of appropriate California Single Subject Credential in Art or a Multiple Subject Credential with a Supplementary Authorization in Art.
• The ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is desirable.
• Knowledge of inquiry based learning methods.

Benefits

• Temporary position for 10 months, 185 work days during the 2024-2025 school year.
• Potential for a maximum of 12 years out-of-district experience towards placement on the salary schedule.
