About the position

The Email Marketing Manager at Controlled Holdings is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns across various brands, including Jackson Systems & Supply, iO HVAC Controls, and Specified Controls. This role focuses on enhancing audience engagement through effective email strategies, marketing automation, and data analysis, while also providing training and support to marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture the audience.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance email effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute the company's marketing automation strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ensure proper setup, integration with other tools, and data integrity within the platform.
  • Create and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses.
  • Utilize dynamic content and personalization to enhance engagement.
  • Implement lead scoring and lead segmentation strategies to prioritize and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing of automation workflows to optimize performance.
  • Continuously improve automation processes and campaigns based on results.
  • Train and support marketing and sales teams on utilizing marketing automation tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing functions including email marketing, paid and organic social, display advertising, paid search, SEO, ABM
  • Prior experience working in HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Creative innovator who stays up-to-date on current marketing trends
  • Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills
