Your analytical skills will be essential as you independently analyze financial and performance data to create action plans that support business deliverables. You will be responsible for leading and training team members, providing mentoring and coaching to enable their career development. This includes managing performance, setting goals, and ensuring a diverse pipeline of future leaders. You will also complete the Store Manager learning and development program and maintain a valid pharmacy technician license as required by state regulations.
