The Employee Movement Specialist will support seamless onboarding and internal movement experiences for employees within BMO U.S. Wealth Management. Reporting to the Manager of Employee Experience & Movement, this role will be a key member of the Employee Experience Team within U.S. Wealth Management operations. This position combines strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to manage new hire onboarding, internal promotions, and lateral movements. The Employee Movement Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the overall Employee Experience (EX) by ensuring all processes are efficient, employee-centered, and aligned with organizational goals.
