Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the technical team to ensure efficient and effective operations in the electronics market.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and improve electronic solutions and products.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for electronic products and solutions.
• Ensure all products meet 3M's high standards for quality and reliability.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Lead and manage technical projects from conception through to completion.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into 3M's electronic solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior management.
• Oversee and manage the internal technical team, ensuring effective organization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and integrate diverse expertise.

Requirements

• Ph.D. / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science and Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic products, solutions, and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
• Experience in managing technical projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
• Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into solutions.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.
• Strong organizational and resource management skills.
