This is a hybrid remote position, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager, Technical Planning or designee.
• Perform a wide variety of duties involving the planning, installation, and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and the Wide Area Network (WAN) used by Southcoast Health System and affiliated organizations.
• Work as a member of the Network Team and cooperate closely with MIS Directors, other Network Team members, Engineers, Project Leaders, other MIS staff, and end users in resolving network-related problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related fields, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Three years related work experience in implementing, documenting, and troubleshooting Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN networks to ensure high availability.
• SD Networking and SD WAN experience is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons.
