About The Position

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Branch Manager to lead the Savannah office. This role involves overseeing engineering projects, managing staff, driving business development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. The position is open to candidates outside the local area, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited college/university.
• 10+ years of technical experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist license for 8+ years, preferably in Georgia or South Carolina.
• Proven marketing and business development skills.
• Understanding of P&L responsibility and financial management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in leading and managing an engineering team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy with prompt email management.
