About the position

Are you a self-motivated content developer with a passion for eLearning, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to create engaging training materials for technical subjects? If so, you would thrive in our Engineering Enablement team, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts, contribute to a rich backlog of content, and play a key role in enhancing our instructional design initiatives in a supportive and dynamic hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and enhance eLearning content.
  • Create, package, and manage training courses, assessments, and quizzes using various content development tools.
  • Update and ensure the relevance and accuracy of existing training materials, addressing a backlog of 300 courses.
  • Utilize task management tools like Asana to track project progress and workflows.
  • Conduct reviews with stakeholders to validate content and ensure alignment with training needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Set performance metrics for content quality and adhere to established standards and workflows.
  • Work independently while engaging in ongoing communication with team leadership and members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eLearning content development and instructional design.
  • Proficiency with content development tools such as Articulate, RISE, and Synthesia.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with subject matter experts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with learning and development principles and technical content creation.
  • Experience in updating and managing existing training content for relevance.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Understanding of software applications and tools relevant to content development.
