About The Position

The Engineering Lead Analyst at Citibank, N.A. is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert in reporting and business intelligence tools. This role focuses on aligning industry-standard processes with business objectives to create reporting dashboards that enhance business insights, drive process improvements, and mitigate risks. The analyst will conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel, manage IT and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with various teams to deliver actionable roadmaps and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in roles such as Product Manager, Data Visualization Engineer, Data Analyst, or related positions.
• 4 years of experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Agile, SDLC, and BI Tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with Data Visualization, Management, and Warehousing; Python; ServiceNow; and Cloud Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Align industry-standard processes and methods with business objectives to deliver reporting dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Address operational use cases to manage IT and regulatory requirements.
• Translate company requirements for technology inventory and reference data into actionable backlogs and roadmaps.
• Drive delivery of the roadmap through collaboration with various partnering groups.
• Engage with clients to ensure business requirements are prioritized with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs using JIRA and deliver cross-team projects.
