Ambulatory Health Care Services

About the position

We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager with 3+ years of eng. management experience and 5+ years of hands-on coding experience who wants to make an impact leading our new Automated Intelligence and Clinical Data teams. We want to make a difference in the lives of those falling between the cracks of the current healthcare system, and could use all the help we can get reimagining last-mile healthcare delivery. If you want to tackle tough technical challenges, we want to talk to you. Health tech is challenging enough on its own, but add in DoorDash-style logistics problems at scale, the constraints of a distributed labor force working in patients' homes, and the challenge of reaching millions of patients that have become disengaged from the healthcare system and things get interesting quickly. We need a strong leader who can drive their team to solve the hard problems like how to: Uncover care gaps and predict future risk with deep analysis of patient records, Synthesize rich, pre-visit clinical summaries for our NPs using LLMs over past patient records, Harmonize reporting of engagement and in-home visits for millions of patients across the largest US health plans, Detect and prevent medical data errors with automated validation and anomaly detection, Build Sprinter's data warehouse from the ground up to unify vast clinical, operational and logistics data. If any of these sound interesting, Sprinter could be the right place for you. This is your chance to build something truly 0 to 1 at a company with meteoric growth.
