DoorDash is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead our Geo Experience team, part of the Delivery Excellence pillar. Our pillar’s vision is to ensure 100% of DoorDash orders are delivered with the highest quality. The Geo Experience team supports this vision by making it easy and seamless for customers to specify where and how they want to receive their orders. This ensures each customer gets their delivery in the correct location, and every dasher picks up and drops off orders precisely as expected, every time. The team focuses on two key metrics: Conversion and Never Delivered (ND) rates. The Geo Experience team develops consumer and dasher focused products and provides UI components and solutions for address, dropoff and map management that are leveraged across DoorDash.
