Engineering Manager (Relocation Assistance Potential)

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in product development and production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing, and a passion for innovation. This position is located in Holly Hills, FL with relocation assistance provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee production processes, implementing efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure all engineering and manufacturing processes comply with FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to align on product development and manufacturing strategies.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities and product performance.
• Develop and implement risk assessment strategies to maintain product safety and quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality materials and components.

Benefits

• $120,000 - $150,000 a year
