About the position

The Enterprise Client Success Manager at Payoneer is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, particularly at the executive level. This role focuses on achieving retention and growth objectives for managed accounts, utilizing a consultative selling approach to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting data to inform decision-making and will collaborate closely with various internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on company's KPIs for managed accounts including annual retention and growth objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders including C-Suite and senior management.
  • Maintain and grow revenue through strategic business plan creation and consultative selling.
  • Negotiate contract extensions and pricing while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Interpret market, competitive, and client data for data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to track KPIs and prioritize plans to achieve objectives.
  • Identify potential new products/services and provide inputs to product and R&D teams.
  • Support collaboration between various departments to develop solutions for clients.
  • Resolve operational issues affecting clients by working with technical teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role in payments, fintech, or financial institutions.
  • Global payouts experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, marketing, and legal.
  • Expert communication skills and motivation to advocate for clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to plan and execute strategies.
  • Business planning and commercial management skills.
  • Proactive relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Successful track record of achieving commercial targets.
  • Willingness to travel to clients.
