About the position

The Enterprise Knowledge Manager will create, develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program. This role involves researching and documenting the current and preferred future states of Knowledge Management across the Enterprise, conducting gap analyses, and providing program and project management support to leadership. The position requires innovative problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple IT projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio
• Promote best practice IT development and O&M procedures
• Lead IT team members and support the Government in setting expectations and defining roles
• Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with government leads to engage non-IT resources
• Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities
• Support client leadership in refining the IT portfolio vision and initiative prioritization
• Define and refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
• Two years of related experience
• Knowledge of management practices
• Experience developing IT strategic plans
