We're seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing which is part of the Chief Administrative Office to join our Enterprise-Wide Functions Compliance team. This role is in HYBRID role and located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and oversee United States Bank Service Company Act regulatory notifications
  • Support and attend Regulatory meetings with US Regulators (FED, DFS, OCC)
  • Serve as a Compliance Officer with responsibility for oversight of regulatory compliance with BNY's Third-Party and Resiliency Framework, including monitoring for new and changing regulatory guidance and advising the first line to implement necessary changes
  • Provide compliance advice to the Chief Administrative Office supporting business initiatives and compliance priorities
  • Collaborate with legal entity management and legal entity compliance officers around the world to provide training, expertise, advice and challenge
  • Serve as subject matter expert for application of global policy including vendor, alternate control and inter-affiliate frameworks
  • Prepare reports and presentations for governance meetings, regulator requests, interfacing with senior management and regulators
  • Desire to learn about artificial intelligence.

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in compliance or third party management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills to build relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders, senior management, and team members
  • Aptitude to assess effectiveness of complex controls that help ensure ongoing compliance with key laws, regulations and policies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently and deliver responsibilities on time
  • Build strong relationships and drive change across multiple stakeholders.
