About the position

Air is the first Creative Ops platform: a system of record for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content, unlocking creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. Air launched in March 2021 and is backed by world-class venture capital firms including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to win enterprise deals by offering expert technical guidance and creative solutions.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations that illustrate how our platform uniquely solves enterprise challenges.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their goals and aligning solutions to their success.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, resolving complex challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Travel to meet customers face-to-face, forging meaningful partnerships and strengthening accounts.
  • Be the vital connection between sales, product, and engineering, championing customer feedback to shape the future of our product.
  • Partner with customer success and product teams to develop scalable solutions for managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Take ownership of building scalable processes, templates, and best practices that set the standard for enterprise engagement excellence.
  • Craft compelling proposals, technical documents, and proof-of-concepts that inspire confidence and showcase our platform's capabilities.
