About the position

The Customer Success Consultant at MoonSe Inc is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new customers.
  • Ensure customers have a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
  • Provide ongoing training and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans for each customer.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs to measure customer success.
  • Monitor customer progress and provide regular updates.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share insights with relevant teams to enhance product and service offerings.
